I lift and I'm not a flexible as I used to be but I put it down to not stretching. If I stretch I do get bendier.

Eta: weights and a smidge of cardio. I did not fuel myself properly before I went to the gym.

I tried HIIT on the bike today but I was too tired so stuck with the standard cardio I've posted about 80 billion times on here

Weights for big muscles and a tiny bit of cardio.

Again, too tired and not well fuelled beforehand.

After a 7 day gym break I'm back. Just did 60 minutes of cardio today

Been doing the same routine with so little variation, one day treadmill or elliptical and the alternating day weights. But... yesterday I got a call from my brother in Colorado wanting to know if I would be interested in running a 5K when I go visit in early October. It doesn't give me much time.

He can run 5K in 30 minutes. My mile permanently resides at 12m 30 sec but that is just one mile no more. I haven't run three miles in at least five years. Plus I am concerned about the altitude.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Should I be running every day now? Should I do more than 3 miles. Incline?

I did two miles in about 27 minutes today but that was with the intention of doing three.

Half of insanity fit test and plyometrics workout. I didn't get to the cardiovascular circuit. I'll do that later

Yesterday: weights and about 20 nibs cardio.

Exercise is my stress reliever. I don't think about anything while im in the gym. I have a feeling I'm going to be there more often
