45 mins of weights. I'm trying to increase my upper body strength
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
35 mins bike.
20 mins crosstrainer.

I've also decided to change gyms. I'm moving to a new one in December.

I think I'm going to break for a while on the workout everyday (still running though) until my leg chills.
Probably won't until I stop running but I have a 10k to train for now.
Core work on ten stability ball as prescribed by my physio. I start physio taught Pilates mid November.

40mins bike and 20mins crosstrainer. I did about half of it without holding on so I worked my core. I am determined to get my core strength back now that I've seen how weak it is.

Yesterday: 50 mins cardio. Also a random shoulder stand, core is getting stronger!

Today: weights and I'm currently on a bike waiting for some guy to get off the only stability ball so I can do upper body weights and core at the same time. Why does this place only have 1 stability ball?

Weights and I have to say that doing free weights on a stability ball really has made a difference to the stiffness and muscle tightness in my back and I've only been doing it for a week.

I thought I was really strong but now I'm using my core muscles properly I'm actually not as strong as I thought and I've had to drop the weight right down.

Followed by 15 mins on the bike.

Edit: today, cardio. By HIIT. Not properly fuelled for that today
