I like the videos because they're really short, so they help my attention span so I can do multiples and build up time, with out one long boring video.
hey saila, I'll do it but first let me go see....what is the optimal time to go to my schools gym when no one is there, so no one can watch me. LOL.

That's why I hate weights I feel like people stare too much in the weight section, in the cardio section people just mind their business.
It was fun in high school because people just did their own thing, and we had a girl side and boy side. And I'm sexist, and don't like to be around men.

LIKE GET OFF MY NUTS. its' like social hour near the weights at my school, like pump your iron and move the eff on.
I love Casey Ho's videos too! She's great and I can see the results in my strength as well as in the mirror. I've been doing them for about one month on and off.

I love that I can mix and match her videos and work on the body parts I want for the day.

I'm jealous of how she can effortlessly carry on a one sided conversation while I'm hurting and puffing for air! Lol. Even during the cardio videos!!!
I have no idea how long I ran or how much because my phone decided to be an asshat.

Sleep was off so I got dizzy/tired... but overall, finished the workout and ate well throughout the day.
I had a week off due to work crap/commitments but I've just done 30 mins on the bike and I'm sweating like pig.

30 minutes cycling while listening to Zombies, Run. I would have stayed longer but I got stuck in traffic on the way home and 30 mins hard cycling is good enough for me.

I'm joining this thread. I've been working out during the whole year, alternating between hiking, yoga, krav maga and Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred video. However, now I need to work on toning. I've never been fat, but I'm a little too big for my liking. I lack definition and I am at least 10 lbs heavier and one size bigger than I'd like to be. I also need to build up strength.

Thursday: 30-day Shred and 20-minute yoga
Saturday: 30-day Shred and 20-minute yoga
Sunday: Jillian Michaels' Killer Bun and Thighs

I fell off the wagon (in terms of exercise) and just didn't do anything for about 3 weeks which is very rare for me.

Finally, today, I get back in the groove and began walking again! I'm so glad.

I need to join a "real gym" now that I'm out of college. I'm going to start Ripptoe and yoga.
I want a yoga game for my Wii. I have the Wii Fit game that includes yoga but I want more.

Today I'm planning on going to the gym and doing what I can, I'm still recovering from the Xmas party on Friday. I'm also going to do some Wii Active 2 (I think) when I get back. Maybe I could do that on alternate days to the gym?

I'm currently on a bike waiting for some people to get the hell away from my dumb bells. How many times can you do lateral front raises before you get bored? Seems like eternity!
