I keep forgetting to keep up with this thread! I have been really good about working out just about every other day (or sometimes two days in a row then two off). I've been alternating full-body strength training days (which are kicking my butt) and running intervals. Right now I'm seeing a lot of definition and improved muscle tone in my arms, shoulders, back, chest, and legs. My big trouble area still is my stomach, but as my boyfriend so helpfully pointed out today , it's only really looking so big to me right now because the rest of me is getting a lot smaller.
