Exercise accountability thread

Yesterday's Pilates has really made my upper back sore. Shoulder blade work is hard.

My legs are still sore from Mondays weights session
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
Monday's workout

1 hr spin
3 miles running on treadmill (time 30:02)
1 hr of power weights

I came home, ate some chicken (nothing else, just a piece of chicken...and I ate in standing infront of the fridge) took a shower, and PASSED out.

I've had a week off because I've had a really bad cold. I think I'll stretch it to 12 days though because of Xmas.

Like I think my body is too stiff even if I stretch I always feel like crap working out in the morning.

I think I need to be up and moving for a couple of hours before I can work out.

My gym is shut today. So I'm going to use my Wii active 2 game that I haven't used for a while. I'm waiting until the house warms up though I didn't realise the temperature was going to drop this much.

You curly exercisers are all fabulous and inspiring! I was in a slump for a while, and I read up on all of you and for the past week, I've been walking hard and fast again, even though the weather is very cold. For me at 67 and post 4 surgeries, aerobic walking is about as challenging as I can get, although I might start with some weight lifting. I know I should do that!

Anyway, great to read everyone's posts.

Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.

I just did 100 crunches, 40 mins on the stepper, 2 sets of 15 kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 squats, and 12 push-ups

Full body weights. It's easier for me to type just that than everything I did. I also walked from the gym to the market and back, probably about 1.5 miles

Just done 1 hour Pilates. That's hard after a weights session.

Weights today. Even though I was in planet testosterone I managed to get all I wanted to do done in 40 minutes.

More interesting than cardio and the looks I get from some of the men and women while I'm doing it amuses me.

Walked today. Very proud of myself for doing that because I didn't feel like it at first but then I got into it. Told myself I'm going to start lifting weights 'cause my upper body is pathetic, but didn't start.

I really want to start lifting a little. Will seek motivation from this thread. Yea to the exercising curlies!
