Exercise accountability thread

Yesterday - 60 min stepboxing class, 250's (crunches, planks, pushups, etc), and 30 minutes of jogging and jumprope.
Tonite - 60 min fusion class, 250's.
In Western PA
Found NC in 2004. CG since 2-05, going grey since 9-05. 3B with some 3A.
Hair texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
Suave & VO5 cond, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.

I forgot to put my 100 push up challenge. Day 2

Jeepy WOW! You must have a great, strong body.

I have been really good and walking hard every day. I really need to do some upper body work and some abs but I haven't gotten around to that.

The walking paid off - those pesky extra lbs which decided to live in my stomach instead of my boobs where I could have used them has almost completely vanished!

Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.

^ I wish I was strong but alas I'm an ecto-endomorph combo. Small boned, thin, but covered in a layer of fat. I find it hard to lose fat and even harder to develop muscle. It's a struggle. But we gotta just keep on keepin on!

Did well this week as far as working out. Did five 60 minute classes, did circuits twice, and did my 250's every day.

60 mins weights amongst the orange men. I've seen a big difference in my body shape recently. Just need to get rid of the fat over the top now.

After a long chaotic day at work I did big muscle weights.

Another good workout week. 4 one hour classes at the gym plus a yoga dvd at home. Did circuits, jump rope, weights at the gym plus my 250's every day but one.

Weights again. I also measured myself and I've lost 6cm from my hips.

I'm disappointed. I have been so good - and excited because I have been increasing the amount of time during my power walking, and I hurt the balls of my feet! I have to walk on a very hard surface - that's the only place that's available during the work week.

I will baby my feet for a day or two and try using sneakers. Loafers just didn't cut it!

Get some proper walking sneakers. Go to a store and get properly fitted. There is nothing worse than sore feet.

30 mins on the bike. I'm a big sweaty mess now.

My Pilates classes were cancelled because the instructor was sick last Monday and it was a public holiday this Monday. I miss it. Back to it next Monday though.
