90 minutes of yoga today - felt great!

Did the primary series yesterday and did about 30 minutes of yoga just now.
Got my training times mixed up today and showed up very early. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and then weights with the trainer, and having the first big day of my period. Bleh. All of that together wasn't good. I feel a bit blecky. I'll get over it though.
I tell ya what though. Lunges and squats after running are killer!

Med/Coarse, porous curly.
Did the old Ali McGraw yoga dvd - an oldie, but goodie! I forgot how much I like that one....

I did some more yoga last week, but I already erased the board I keep track on, so I can't remember what or when.

But today I did 90 minutes/primary series and it was amazing. I decided to really push myself and it felt great. I think the increasing daylight is helping, even though it's still pretty cold here.
Great job w/the primary series yoga, wild~hair! I can't keep up with all those vinyasas...

Yesterday I worked in the garden for 4 hours - yay for warm weather! Today I had most of my big right toenail removed. Most of it had turned black after the Nov. marathon. My toe feels really weird - real sensitive but not real painful, if that makes sense. I skipped tennis today and may take a pass on yoga tomorrow... At this point my big toe looks awful and I'm not supposed to polish what little nail is left just yet...

Great job w/the primary series yoga, wild~hair! I can't keep up with all those vinyasas...

I did primary series again on Tuesday and today [Friday].

I got about 6 hours of gardening in over the weekend. Not sure how much real exercise it was - I was pruning trees for the most part - but it kept me from eating!

Today I played tennis for 1.5 hours.

Went biking all over Saturday, about 15 miles.

Today I did the primary series.
90 minutes of yoga and 90 minutes of tree pruning yesterday.

Primary series last night quite late, but I got it in.

Gym-ed 1.5 hours last night. 45 minutes on weights and 30 mins cardio.

I hope i dont get bored soon.
And the end of the day , all you've got is yourself..
Did 45 minutes of yoga on Friday and primary series on Sunday.

Just did 20 minutes of yoga. Gotta keep it going.

Riding the high of doing primary series this afternoon.

I'm on a mission - I only worked out once last week due to being out of state, so I'm back at it.

Monday: 45 minutes of cardio (step mill; fatburning mode @ level 3); 20 minutes of abs.

Tuesday: 45 minutes of cardio (elliptical; fatburning mode @ level 3); upper body free weights, abs

Wednesday: Spin class (1 hour); 20 minutes of abs and back

Today: 20 minutes of cardio (step machine; fatburning mode @ level 5); body sculpt class (1 hour of upper body free weights, squats and ab blast)

Tomorrow's plan: step mill and ab blast

It's hard work, but I'm determined!

4/1 Wednesday - Super Callanetics
4/2 Thursday - brisk walk up and down stairs for 35 minute (Chris noticed I've lost weight)
4/3 Friday - 30 minute brisk walk/sprints with 5 min cool down walk back to house
4/5 Sunday - 30 minute brisk walk/sprints with 8 min cool down walk
4/6 Monday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Shoulders and Legs
4/7 Tuesday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Chest & Back
4/8 Wednesday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps, Abs
4/9 Thursday - 35 minute very brisk walk with only 2 sprints with 7 minutes cool down walk
4/12 Sunday - 1 hour Squeeze
4/13 Monday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body - added Flat Abs section from Custom Squeeze
4/14 Tuesday - 30 minute Squeeze
4/15 Wednesay - Total Body Lift (this is tougher than it looks)
4/16 Thursday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body
4/18 Saturday - 40 minute fairly easy walk but with the Pipilo hill
4/20 Monday - 1 Hour Squeeze
4/21 Tuesday - Callanetics Evolution (think I like Super Callanetics better)
4/22 Wednesday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body (and did a meditation)
4/23 Thursday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body
4/26 Sunday - did the full Squeeze Stronger DVD upper & lower body
4/27 Monday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body (did the one from the full program, it has a longer abs section).
4/28 Tuesday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body
4/29 Wednesday - 30 minute Squeeze
