30min interval program felt muuuch easier today! I'm not sure if it's in my head or I'm actually physically getting stronger, but either way, it feels good!

7lbs lost so far! woowoo!

I haven't done any weights yet. I know that my legs are getting stronger using the resistance on the elliptical, but my arms and back could definitely use some toning. I think either tonight or tomorrow morning after my elliptical, I'll do some hand weights and work those areas.

Now, I am absolutely STARVING though and I am going to go chop some veggies up for SO to throw on the grill for me. nomnomnom.

Back after a weekend of utter laziness that was totally needed!

Today - ran and walked on treadmill. Went 1.25 miles, about .75 of which I ran. This looks like nothing, but for someone who's never really run much before, it's progress.
Badger, jumping right into .75mi is awesome! Good for you for getting mostly run in on your 1.25mi

lol Wile, I'm still in shock that your bubs are getting bigger with running! Total opposite here Love that you had a nice time with your Mom I get to take my Mama out tomorrow for some apps and her very first tat! When is the next Jamaica trip?? Can you pack me away in your suitcase?

Aussie, nice job on the 5lbs! Don't discard that loss one bit!

13.5mi barefoot today and my feet felt amazing afterward. It's getting better and better each week

Wow!! Didn't you guys miss Jamaica anniversary last year? Headed to Negril? Sport your new beach bod along that 7mi beach! Bet dh doesn't complain about increase in boobage from running issue

going to practice zumba a bit today, have a performance on Friday and we SO need to reherse. I'll be doing some digging and planting today too though it's my "rest" day so no other workouts beyond that.

I haven't done much for a week or so but I moved house on the weekend and cleaned my old apartment, so I hope that counts for something. I'm off to Australia tomorrow so I'll check back in when I return!

yesterday I did 1hr belly dance and 3hrs of digging and planting in my front yard. Heading to zumba this am and perhaps a light run this afternoon (have to try to get mileage in before race, which is only 2 weeks away), then a zumba performance tonight and we are practicing for the 3hrs before the performance.

Blech - I really dragged mid-week because of PMS.

Today, I finally made it back to yoga - a 90 minute ashtanga class. Great workout! There was a visiting instructor sitting in on the class, and she had trouble keeping up with all of the vinyasas, which made me feel like a trooper for getting through them!
