30mins cardio
Full body weights, still using cable machines.
I left earlier than I usually would because the air con kept conking out and it was really warm in there.
Going back on Tuesday for a cardio session.

Great workouts, everyone! You're really motivating me to work out more.
I swam (breaststroke) for 15 minutes today, which was as long as I could go before losing any semblance of proper form. I was totally out of breath afterward, so it was a good (albeit short) workout. I also discovered I need a smaller swimsuit, because I nearly flashed the elderly ladies tanning by the pool. Which means despite the fact that I weight about the same as I did last summer, I am smaller. (Hooray for muscle!)

60 minute vinyasa yoga class this morning. We bought a summer pass, and to break even we need to go to at least 2 classes/week, so that will be another motivator for keeping up with it!

Heh, money is a motivator for me too. I can't justify a pricey piece of exercise equipment sitting around collecting dust. I've calculated out how much I need to use my elliptical to make it cheaper than a gym membership.
Today: 30min elliptical interval program, 5ish mins cool down in stair climbing mode, + abs, arms, and back

40mins cardio straight after work, so a bit tired. I'm trying to increase my gym attendance from twice a week to 3 times a week. I think I'm physically ready to do that now.

Tuesday 1hr intense zumba class, my mentor and former instructor's last day at the gym location (she'll still be with the gym, just different location). So we rocked the house, I have some big shoes to fill!
Wednesday 8mi run, hot on the feet! yow

That sounds terrible! You are hardcore, mama!
60 minute ashtanga yoga class this morning.
I have to go to a conference in Minneapolis this weekend, but I'm hoping to get in at least one good workout either in the hotel gym or outside.

30min interval program on the elliptical yesterday and today. I'm going away for the long weekend, Fri-Mon, so I won't have any formal workouts for 4 DAYS! I plan to do some hiking and lots of walking around though, so I should be ok.

Full body weights today.
I always feel so much better about myself after I've been to the gym.

I just have memories of burning my feet on blacktop as a kid coming out of swimming lessons, though I'm sure you've built up a lot more resistance. I'm in Wisconsin, so not too far away!

I remember that one Wile, I have heard of all kinds of minimal shoes...which I'll likely try eventually. I just can't afford any of them right now, so I'll stick with my barefeet. Good for conditioning There are very minimal sandals called huaraches, that I'll likely make (esp since we are going on vacation at the end of June and will be at a resort out on gravel roads...won't be running barefoot on those )
Badger, the blacktop does get hot...motivates you to keep your feet off the ground, runnign barefoot differs from walking barefoot in that your feet spend less time on the ground
1hr belly dance yesterday, heading to zumba this am.

Welcome, a curly q! Of course, anyone can join.
After a long weekend vaca with only informal exercise (walking mostly), I got back into my 30min elliptical interval program this morning. The workout was good, but I am EXHAUSTED from the vacation. I think I need a vacation after my vacation to get back into work mode. Oy.
