Well, I've slacked on posting here, but I have not slacked on the workouts. Let's see:
Wednesday: 40mins elliptical + abs
Thursday: 45 mins elliptical + abs
Friday: 30 mins elliptical (was in a bit of a rush this morning!)

Sun: 40mins of intervals + abs, arms and back strength training

I've been slacking off on posting here too. I have been gyming it 2-3 times a week though, although my walks have suffered.
Monday: 1 hr weights and cardio, increased some because it was starting to get easy.
About 2 hrs salsa as well
Today: nothing :S but will get back into it tomorrow.

I've been slacking a bit. I always find it harder to work out in summer because there's too much other fun to be had. I've still been lifting once or twice per week, and biking to work, and a swim here and there. Funnily enough, I haven't gained any weight in that time even though I haven't been watching my diet as closely

We finally made official plans for our honeymoon (as in made hotel reservations at a place on the beach), so I have even MORE motivation to get a flat tummy by September. Helloooo bikini!

I was on vacation and then life caught up to me, so no formal workouts but a lot of walking the past two weeks.
60 minutes yoga last night
Planning on cardio this AM

20 minutes on the cross trainer, interval training.
Full body weights.
15 minutes on the treadmill at 2.8 miles per hour. I was flagging by then!

I'm joining in. I could use a little accountability with trying to exercise in the summer heat.
Yesterday - 4 mile trail run (a little slow on my time so trying to improve)
Today - 1hr BodyPump Class

30 mins on the elliptical.
This heat is just killing me, even inside with AC my lungs are not happy. Anyone else dealing with ground ozone breathing issues?

Me! It's weird.
8 minutes of hoola hooping, 5 minutes stretching, 20 minutes 2.4mph/incline on treadmill, 10 minutes stretching. =)

abs + 30mins on the elliptical this morning.
Was NOT feeling well this morning though, so had to take the elliptical slow. Have had a horrid headache all weekend and woke up with it STILL this morning, probably due to lack of caffeine. I usually drink coffee at work and don't tend to at home. I think I was drinking more last week than usual, so I am going to try to cut it down to 1 cup/day this week and see how it goes.
Some good news though, 18lbs lost!
