Saturday I lifted (full body) and spent 25 minutes on the elliptical. Sunday I biked for an hour. Today I lifted (full body) and swam a mile. Hoping to bike to work tomorrow.
Ran/walked 2 miles. I knew it was too hot and humid when my mom's extra hyper Jack Russell started slowing down after the first mile.

Planning to do some Fit TV or DVD tonight to make up for the short mileage today...
abs + 40mins on the elliptical.
75 minute ashtanga yoga class tonight

I've not been to the gym or done anything other than walk up stairs since my last post because I've been feeling a bit funky recently. Hopefully back to normal by this weekend.

Yesterday I biked for ~45 minutes on a sweet borrowed road bike that is making me want to spend a lot of money on a bike of my own! I lifted this morning, then biked to work.
90 minute ashtanga class that turned into more like 105 minutes - sweaty, sweaty, sweaty!
Too busy for a full workout today. 10-15 minutes of Hoola hooping with some arm punching for my own workout. Stretched for a solid 15 minutes also.

Just back from 30 minutes walk on treadmill and full body weights.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.

Today: 40mins elliptical + abs
Ran 3 miles with husband today...
30km bike ride in sick heat. Pretty sure I sweat out every toxin in my body LOL!

Hi curlies! Been insanely busy with summer school, zumba demos/practice, back to teaching and running *yaya~! appts, parties etc etc.
Anywho, I"ve been getting in lots of zumba (teaching twice a week, subbing some belly dance too) and just started running a few days ago. Feels great to be back running. I recently did a Zumba demo downtown, here's a video http://barefootmamaslifeinanutshell....-on-first.html
I"m going out for a run today and will do an hour of belly dance, subbing for the instructor on MOnday and have to get my bellydance routines down.

Wile, any races in your near future? I'm hitting up a 5k (barefoot) on my birthday Aug 7. Arranging a meetup with other MN barefooters, should be fun!
