Exercise accountability thread

Went to my first spinning class in a while yesterday. Of course the A/C was out...I made it through but looked like a drowned rat when done.

Heading to the gym in 30 minutes for a weigh-lifting class and 30 minute treadmill run.

Does anyone else do Body-attack classes? I'm wondering if I should try one to switch it up a bit...

Ran 30 minutes and finished up with 5 minutes of backwards incline walking on treadmill
I think I forgot to record a workout or two, but I'm not sure. I am too lazy to figure it out!

90+ minute yoga class today - in the middle of a thunderstorm that spawned a tornado (thankfully NOT where we were). The instructor was keeping us updated by checking his iPhone every few minutes. Getting home was a mess because of flooding, but luckily I only live a few blocks away - otherwise I really may have floated away!
My internet's been funky for the past couple of weeks
but I've been keeping up with my usual salsa and gym sessions plus finished week 2 of Ct5K.
Oh and I went to a BoxFit class with a friend last Sunday for the first time in a year - I'm fitter than last year because I didn't feel completely defeated like the first time last year. A good feeling

Quick 25km bike ride this morning .. should have gone longer since I'll miss tomorrow's ride but I was just too lazy!

45mins elliptical plus strength training for abs, arms, back, and chest.
Yesterday, 1 hour cardio.

I am amazed at how much stronger and fitter I am since I could go back to the gym a few months back.

Friday: 15 minutes of hooping, 40 crunches (still working my way up with them)

It takes a little less than hour! I manage to go about 18mph on the bike .. and 25km = 16 miles!

Hi curlies! Been insanely busy with summer school, zumba demos/practice, back to teaching and running *yaya~! appts, parties etc etc.
Anywho, I"ve been getting in lots of zumba (teaching twice a week, subbing some belly dance too) and just started running a few days ago. Feels great to be back running. I recently did a Zumba demo downtown, here's a video http://barefootmamaslifeinanutshell....-on-first.html
I"m going out for a run today and will do an hour of belly dance, subbing for the instructor on MOnday and have to get my bellydance routines down.
Nice job keepig up with the thread and your workouts all!

Wile, any races in your near future? I'm hitting up a 5k (barefoot) on my birthday Aug 7. Arranging a meetup with other MN barefooters, should be fun!

No new races. We will be heading out to Jamaica mon Ocho Rios San Souci 8/2 & will be there on our 16th anniv [8/6] ...unfortunately be heading back 8/8, tho FB preseason will be in full force at that point! ..will maybe celebrate your birfday that last nite w/ a Bob Marley...
