It takes a little less than hour! I manage to go about 18mph on the bike .. and 25km = 16 miles!

Did a 55km ride today ..it was sooo windy and I was biking against it the entire time

Went to the gym for cross-training on Saturday. Sunday and Monday I was too busy to fit in the usual gym times. This morning started in on Week 3 of Ct5k. Felt good, easier than week 2 almost

abs + 45mins elliptical (made myself late for work, but it felt too good to stop at 30... oops)
50 mins cardio. I'm getting that 'I want to go to the gym' buzz back!

Yesterday: 2 mile walk (to get frozen yogurt... so they sort of cancel each other out! )

Today: 60 minute yoga class

Tomorrow: either 90 minute yoga class (if I'm not too sore) or cardio
Went to sleep at around 11 last night .. woke up at 3.45 to get my boyfriend to the airport to go away to work for the next 8wks. Came home .. thought about a bike ride .. instead fell asleep for about 3.5hrs LOL!

Took today off and got a massage instead of working out

Tomorrow, I plan to go to a yoga class

Yesterday, 40 minutes cardio and full body weights.

Been really bad with committing to the gym lately but I have kept up the running so that's gotta count for something.

90 minute ashtanga yoga class yesterday

Lifted weights (full body) today - including deadlifts and squats for the first time in a long time. I will be sore tomorrow!
1 hour cardio, broken down thusly:

20 mins cross trainer
30 minutes fast walk on treadmill
10 minutes rowing (recently re-discovered and loving it)
