Exercise accountability thread

Saturday:
30 mins cardio and full body weights done in record time because it was freezing in the gym!

Sunday:
Rest day, had to clean the flat

Monday:
I was going to go today but had to sort out a water situation and I'm getting my eyes checked this afternoon with funky dilating drops so I'll be walking as I can't drive afterwards.

Planning on being back in the gym tomorrow after work.

I confess I have been very bad. I can't afford a gym so I usually do a lot of walking, but I've been having lots of med tests (pre-op) and it's freezing out so I've been using that as excuses. Bad Curlypearl!

I'll try to get back on the wagon very soon. Can't promise tomorrow - another crazy day - but definitely Thurs.
2/c and some 3A. Modified CG.
Protein sensitive
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.

I've been slacking over the past week. I'm determined to start up again in January. I've decided to copy what my super fit friend does and have 2 weeks off over the winter and summer.

But I've been through a lot worse and I'm optimistic.

I'll have to be very careful not to strain or exert myself until it heals. After that, I'm hoping for good weather because walking makes me feel great. I NEED to exercise.
I'll catch up with this part of the forum a.s.a.p. Keep on truckin' curly exercisers!

First day back after the Christmas break. My gym had it's usual new year quota of resolution starters (good for them if they keep it up) so it was busy.

Even so I still managed my usual routine today. I have a cold so I was surprised I still had my usual strength but no surprised I had zero stamina.

Oh well, better than nothing. Back again tomorrow.

I was also trying out a fitness log app on my iPhone. It's called Flex. It's too annoying and time consuming to use in the gym and doesn't include any cardio only weights. Maybe I'll start a thread of reviews of fitness apps. Hmmm....

No formal exercise the past week or so, but have been removing wallpaper/painting our 2-story foyer and upstairs landing. I am SORE (and we're not done yet).
Today:

Bra fitting - that's a workout in itself.

15 mins cross trainer
20 minutes walking (warm up and cool down)
15 minutes bike
5 minutes rowing

Full body weights

The gym was packed with all the new year resolutioner's. It's bad but I found myself putting bets on who will still be there at the end of the month.

I went to the gym on monday and wednesday but other than nearly tearing my hamstring I cannot remember what I did.

Today:

Full body weights

15 mins rowing, 15 mins cross trainer, 15 mins bike. 10 mins treadmill divided up into warm up and cool down.

I was really getting into the zone doing the cardio as well. I think I use the new years joiners as motiviation, that and Britney Spears videos.

My stamina is improving, my resting heart rate will be back at 55bpm!!!

yesterday: abs + 30mins of intervals on the elliptical
today: abs, arms, chest and back + 40mins of intervals on the elliptical
Not a good workout today:

20 minutes treadmill
10 minutes rowing
15 minutes cross trainer

I just discovered rowing.. I LOVE it!!!!

Yesterday I did 9k of hills and 5,000m rowing. Today I had work, but I did jumping jacks, plank and some yoga in between customers ..they all think I'm crazy anyway ahaha

Started a 9 week running program yesterday. I love it. It feels good.
Today:

50 mins cardio

A bout of IBS has crippled me and reduced what I can do. Stupid guts!

40 minutes cardio full body weights. I think I was in the gym for at least 90 minutes today. It started to get really busy too.

I've also lost 1kg since I last bothered to weigh myself. One of my favourite hoodies had got a bit tight around the shoulders and chest but now it's back to how it was when I bought it!
