40 minutes cardio, bike and crosstrainer. Full weights. It took me nearly the entire 95 minutes of my gym playlist to do today. I was trying to do core stability at the same time as the cardio.

Lovin' the pushups.
30 minutes on the treadmill
25 minutes crosstrainer (would have been 30 but my favourite bike became free)
30 minutes bike.

I'm knackered but it's a good knackered!

I completely forgot about the pushups. I'll bust some out tonight.

Past few days:
Saturday: 1.3 mile hilly hike at state park
Sunday: Rest/1 mile walk through the neighborhood with DH and the dogs
Monday: 1.5 hour power yoga
Tuesday: 40 mins of intervals on the elliptical

Plan for rest of week:
Wednesday: 40 mins of intervals on the elliptical - check!
Thursday: 1.5 hour power yoga
Friday: 40 mins of intervals on the elliptical
Saturday: elliptical or hike - depending on weather
Sunday: rest
Unintentional rest day as I puked my guts up in the middle of the night and my body still hurts from it. Back on track tomorrow though

Edit: I changed my mind and went to the gym. My new sports bras came so I had to try one out. I love it. I need more!

30mins crosstrainer
30mins bike

2nd edit: I just used my new foam roller. Ow and mmm at the same time.

Yesterday:

Full body weights and 15 minutes on the bike. I couldn't do anymore. I don't know why. I also walked to town and back from the gym carpark, so that was about 1.5km.

I ache a bit today and my guts are still a little oogy (I hope that passes). I might go to the gym this afternoon.

I've been so bad recently. As the saying goes "my get up and go, got up and went" except I didn't get up. I've been unhappy about not finding work and pinching pennies but the worst thing I can do is not exercise.

I'll try to get back on the horse today!
2/c and some 3A.
Protein sensitive but can use occasionally
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift

Yes - I did my aerobic walking 2 days in a row and I really enjoyed it. I feel so incredibly much better when I exercise. I'd like to branch out but have to be patient for a while.

Thanks again CL for the encouragement - it gave me a shot in the arm.

Great job everyone! Keep checking in.. I know that it helps me to stay accountable when I put it up somewhere where others can see.

I'm bummed. I hit my foot on the edge of a drawer and two toes are badly swollen. Not at all serious, but wearing any kind of shoe, even sneakers is bad and trying to walk on it is hopeless.

No exercise for me for a few days. I am really disappointed and the weather is so perfect for walking.

I've done that before cp it's flipping painful. Can you strap them to another toe? I found that helped the pain because they couldn't move.

It'll be better in a few days.

CLaura, thanks so much for this great idea! I have to go on a job interview Saturday and I wasn't sure I'd even be able to do that. I'll try taping the toes together with bandaids and I may have some surgical tape somewhere.

Power yoga last night.

Taking a rest day today. May go for a walk tonight after work, but nothing too aggressive.
