Ok...so this cayene pepper is kicking my butt rt now! I hate spicy food so I prefer the cayene pepper capsules to adding it straight to the lemonade. However, that last pill I took is giving me minor heartburn...this too will pass. I really have to go get some ICE WATER!

Friday AM: Power yoga

AND...I DID WHEEL POSE! FOR THE FIRST EVER.
Ok. So yesterday evening got a little tough. Not because I was really craving anything but I had to go grocery shopping. Absolutely a horrid idea when you're cleansing...then my son just had to have fries & I was tempted by the og chicken sandwich from burger king (oh how I LOVE those things!).

Well I survived and am on to day 2! For whatever reason when I am cleansing I tend to sleep less so I was up till 3am & didn't get bk up till almost 10. So after I fed the dogs & gave my son a snack it was close to 11:30 and I just didn't wanna start cleansing that late in the day. So I am water fasting today & will be going back to cleansing tomorrow.

As far as exercising today...well we'll see. I'm still very tired and normally by day 3 of a cleanse I have crazy energy.

Till tomorrow...

Friday night:

I thought I was going to be one of the few losers there last night but I wasnt and the gym got busier as the evening progressed.

Anyway, 30 mins crosstrainer and 30 mins bike.

I think I've annoyed the sciatic nerve going into my right leg because I woke up twice last night because it had gone numb!

W5D3 complete! 20 minute run, no walking!

(Yes, this is a really huge deal for me.)

This morning I did shoulders. Lateral raises, press, etc. WHO CARES THOUGH BECAUSE I JUST DID 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT!! WOOOO!!!! No slowing down + I had incline.
Go Saila!

I can't run. I have no stamina for it. I can use the cross trainer, walk or bike for hours, but run? Nope.

Thanks cl! I have never been able to run this much either. It's a huge milestone for me. I can't believe I only have 3-4 weeks of training until my 30 minute mark. Time is flying!

Classes start tomorrow. I plan on using this to my advantage to make my workout times more consistent.

Today is cooking and rest day.
30 minutes bike and 30 minutes crosstrainer. I was using the beat of the music to go faster or slower. It's fun.

Ive not been in the mood for weights for a while. I don't think theres any point doing it when I'm not concentrating for the following reasons:
1) if I'm not concentrating I could hurt myself
2) if I'm not doing it properly I may as well not done it all because it will be useless
3) it's a waste of my time if either 1 or 2 apply

Quick weights today:
Mts Row, 30 4x4
Mts Row (High), 30 5x5
Bench 15lbs dumbbells, 5x5
Only 30mins (9.8km) on the bike today. Gym was too hot and I'm tired and hungry.

I really need to work on the food side of this

Reattempted W5D2. I was not prepared to run in the heat today. Sigh. Tough, but lesson learned.

The farther I go with these runs, the more I realize the importance of sleep, hydration, and mental energy.
Wednesday: PM Power Yoga
Thursday: 35mins of elliptical + stretching after
Monday the firm super cardio mix and yoga for abs.
Tuesday rest
Wednesday 30 mins walking, circuit training and yoga.
Thursday the firm super cardio mix and yoga.

I'm on a roll! Trying to stay motivated!

2/c and some 3A.
Protein sensitive but can use occasionally
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift
Insane day at work yesterday and today. Mum and dad are visiting tomorrow and Sunday, so I have unintended rest days. Back to the gym on Monday, possibly Sunday afternoon.

Back on 5x5. So full body with that followed by 30 mins on the bike.

I've also noticed I smell really metallic when I'm doing cardio. Gross!
