I was doing Good all last week. I worked out everyday last week. Then I got sick. I'm gonna try and walk tonight and maybe feel up to a full workout tomorrow.

I've spazzed my back again so I'm resting it for a few days.

Power yoga today and Monday.
W6D2. I'm on a roll. I would like new workout clothes.
Full Action with 20 lbs. My cardiovascular endurance has improved exponentially. I am impressed.
Still crippled here. Im giving it till Sunday to see how it is. If I'm feeling ok then I'll so some cardio.

I'm going back to the gym today. I'm still a little sore but I'm going to see how it goes. I hate not being able to do anything.

Probably only cardio today.

Edit: did some weights and 30 mins on the bike. I feel ok!

After spending a good few wondering if I should go to the gym or not, I went and did 20mins crosstrainer and 30 mins bike.

Just shows that Nike is right: Just Do It!

35mins of elliptical this AM.

Plan for rest of week:
Wed: Yoga
Thurs: elliptical
Fri: Yoga
I have done Full Action twice since that last time I posted.
Walked early today. It's better that way, because if I wait until later, sometimes I skip it. This way, I've already accomplished something good by 10 am. Yay to all of us!

Monday I power walked for 45 minutes and did a lower body workout with weights.

Tuesday I rested. My left tricep was tremendously sore.

Wednesday I power walked for 45 minutes and did upper body workout with weights.

Today I did the firm super cardio. And lower body workout with weights.

Feeling good!

30 mins cardio, half arsed attempt at big muscles today.

I completely fell off my routine. I was doing well but then I got injured playn w/my sons soccer team during practice ( a kids vs parents game) & then when it was getting better I got injured in a physical altercation and was not going out like that.

So now that my injuries are healing & its the beginning of a new month, I'm thinking about starting off w/a one wk cleanse again to jump start things.

I will probably walk again tomorrow just to test out my knee & hopefully if all goes well get bk into the gym this wk.

I was in a rush today! I had to find a bridal shower gift and had no idea what to get. So I got up early and did Gilad's total body workout. Its only like 25 minutes but I was sweating like no other. I was surprisingly impressed.

Absolutely no energy whatsoever today. Cleaned the flat and then walked into town and back again. Totally wiped now. Today can be a rest day. Might nod off in a bit.
