Walked early today. It's better that way, because if I wait until later, sometimes I skip it. This way, I've already accomplished something good by 10 am. Yay to all of us!

I completely fell off my routine. I was doing well but then I got injured playn w/my sons soccer team during practice ( a kids vs parents game) & then when it was getting better I got injured in a physical altercation and was not going out like that.
So now that my injuries are healing & its the beginning of a new month, I'm thinking about starting off w/a one wk cleanse again to jump start things.
I will probably walk again tomorrow just to test out my knee & hopefully if all goes well get bk into the gym this wk.

I was in a rush today! I had to find a bridal shower gift and had no idea what to get. So I got up early and did Gilad's total body workout. Its only like 25 minutes but I was sweating like no other. I was surprisingly impressed.
