Exercise accountability thread

I'm having unstable spine situations again, great. I'm sure it's the weights on doing that's causing my problems. I'm going to have to speak to my doctor and physio about this. So cardio only for me for a while.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
W7D1. Ran 25 minutes today.

I guess the week away from running did me good, because I was on FIRE!
30 mins walking on the treadmill
30 mins bike
15 mins cross trainer

According to the daily burn I used 700 calories. Yeah, right

I guess I will chime in. I was trying to keep myself accountable on my youtube channel, but having company is always more fun.

I walk for 40-60 min everyday if the weather permits it. If not I dance in my roo for 60 minutes.

30mins on the elliptical this morning. It was really tough for some reason. I hope I'm not coming down with something. :/
W6D2. 25 minutes again. This time I wasn't as focused but I ran harder for certain portions.

Three more weeks...
I did the Full Action workout with 10lbs in each hand. I did AWESOME! I'm getting muscular too. This is the workout that left me in PAIN for a week at the beginning of summer. Good things are happening.
I walked for 45 minutes today. Yeah! Tomorrow I am going to make it a point to walk up the stairs at my job without taking the elevator.

Finished W6D3 two days ago! I'm so excited.
Full body weights, 3 sets with reps to failure followed by 30 mins on the bike.

Day off. I'm too tired and not eating enough to fuel the gym sessions. I need to work on my diet.

Also, if I hear some of the women at work discussing stupid crash diets and cleanses once more, I think I'll poke my ear drums out. No matter how many times I tell them it's stupid and doesn't work or kick start a fitness/diet routine they don't listen. Grrr

I did W1D1 of Bridge to 10k this morning. After being a lump on a log for about six weeks. It hurt, but I can tell good things will happen if I stick with it.

I've been limited on time do I've been doing total body sculpt with Gilad the past few days. Its hard enough and it doesn't eat up most of my day. I've doing pretty well with my eating but I do go a lil crazy on the weekends.
