Finished w8d3 today. Struggled at the last 6 minutes. Next week is the final week before I graduate the program!! I'm covered in sweat. Can't wait for fall.

Just weights today. I started to do some cardio but my energy levels suddenly dropped and I got really tired. It was very strange and then when I got to the changing room, I had to have a sit down.

I think I'm on the verge of exhaustion so I've decided to watch the films I've recorded in EyeTV instead or doing anything else.

I hope this passes because I don't like it.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but here goes...when you (general you) refer to WnumberDnumber, are you referring to the couch to 5K workout?

So I did yard 30 shuttle today. Did the shuttle six times as fast as I could then rested for twice as long as it took me to finish. I did that 3 times. I felt good but I was definitely spent! I also just did ab work because yesterday I did a total body workout.

It was 100 degrees outside, but I did the whole 30 minutes without stopping. Boo ya!

The heat has interfered somewhat with my walking regimen but I am very proud of myself that although I have had to cut down a little I haven't stopped.

I need to lift weights! Have to get motivated and do some pushups and situps (the correct kind).
