About 50 mins of cardio today.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
Yesterday: 20 minute walk and 20 minute yoga video. Today's plan is a short cardio session followed by full body strength training.
Did an hour class at my gym, I'm burn out but it was so much fun

Yesterday I worked out at home. I did 70 minutes of various exercise videos including strength training and yoga.

Today I went on a brisk 47 minute walk that included 10 minutes going up and down the cement bleachers at the park 20 times. I came home and did a short 10 minutes of Wii Fit yoga.
I'm thinking of getting a Pilates DVD. Anyone got any suggestions?

I hated pilates at the gym, I get easily bored and couldn't cope with the pseudo-mystical / annoying yoga like way it was taught and with the relaxtation at the end. Boring.

So I'm asking if anyone knows of good, non-sappy pilates DVDs I will be greatful.

I am so in love with myself when I exercise (do a lot of brisk walking). It's hard to motivate myself to get started but I'm so happy when I do it, which is often these days.

It makes a world of difference and I take time to reflect on being strong enough and healthy enough to march around, considering that 1 dr. before my brain surgery predicted a wheel chair.

Yay me and all of us who are taking care of our bodies and spirit this way.

200 squats, 30 situps, and 20 pushups! I could've done more situps and pushups, but after doing the squats I got a really bad headache and could barely stand. this happen to anyone else?

NOT a dumb question. The Couch to 5K program (C25K) is a running program designed to train you for a 5K in 9 weeks at 3 days per week, so today I completed the workout for week 5 day 2.

I got my period so I couldn't sprint like I regularly do so sad! *sits and waits 5 days for it to be gone* LOL

I felt like crap yesterday so I only did 20 minutes of yoga.
I absolutely, positively cannot believe that I completed W5D3 today -- 20 minutes STRAIGHT of jogging! AND I managed it all fairly well. I never thought I'd be able to do that. Now granted, I paced myself and went fairly slow, but I did it! Yay!!!!!

I'm a happy camper.

ETA: It may come in handy if I have to outrun Irene!

Sprinted for 20 minutes like i usually do, garage was super heated up though so in the last 5 minutes of my work out i got REALLY dizzy..nearly passed out x.x it was so sad, but I finished my workout at least... >.<

Also found out I may be an overpronator....fml
