Ok, so the name is goofy, but I just read the book by Robert and Shelley Young. I was wondering if anyone follows this way of eating and if it helped and how strictly you adhere to the guidelines.
I'm not really into deprivation when it comes to diet but the program doesn't ban other foods. And I'm not looking to loose weight either. But the idea is that it helps with most illnesses and helps increase fitness as well. With every cold or flu I get it turns into a bronchial infection so this sounds good to me.
Just a quick run-down, the idea is that the body needs foods that discourage acidity and growth of microbes. Like lots of organic vegetables, sprouts, grains and a few supplements.
So any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
