Ok, so what does a cheat day look like for you?

Cheat day is usually Sunday (I didn't cheat this week or last). I usually get a wrap from the local sub shop while I watch football. Greasy foods are a no. They typically upset my stomach and the grease is just not something i want clogging my arteries.
Ice cream is a cheat food. The occasional brownie too.

Breakfast: Whole wheat egg wrap
2 eggs whites, chopped onions, green peppers, spinach topped with salsa. I had a craving for more hotness so added cayenne.
Today's workout is light. Cardio/abs

Okay so I started p90x 13 days ago .. am eating better .. obviously exercising a lot .. and cheating once a week [ice cream = weakness, especially since it's starting to warm up!]. However, I must be doing something wrong.
My start weight was 129lbs .. I'm currently at 126. This just doesn't seem right
I'm headed to the gym now. I go Tues thru Fri morning at 4:30 a.m. and on Sunday afternoons. If I'm feeling fat, I'll go on Mon mornings. I can do some simple aerobics at home, but for most part, I need the gym. I won't even do a sit up at home. My schedule:
Sun, Wed, Fri - 15 minutes cardio, upper and lower body weight training
Tues and Thurs - 45 minutes cardio, 10-15 minutes stretching
I walk my dog 20-30 minutes everyday that weather allows.
