OK, so the one I had at home and the one I just bought are both by Neon, and are part of the "Instant Bellydancer" series. The new one is great. All the shots are of her whole body, the moves are explained well, and she shows you how to put them together. It's hard, though! I hope if I do it often enough I'll be able to get it down. I can do some of the individual moves if I really concentrate, but I definitely can't put them together or add "flourishes".
The exact title is "Instant Belly Dancer 1: A Crash Course in Bellydance". I'd say it's more of a tape to learn how to belly dance than get a good workout, but you definitley are moving a lot!
The other one I have that teaches the moves but doesn't teach you how to put them together or use them is "Instant Belly Dancer: A Crash Course in Bellydance, Vol.1 - Curves "
The titles are really similar, so be careful if you're going to buy them!
