Default squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Since the new year started, I've lost 4 1/2 pounds!

Great Job!!!! Keep up the good work.

For some reason I've gained weight this year....I think it might continue for another 7 months. Hehehehe!!!!

I'll still be trucking myself to the gym as long as I can though!!!

Down another 1 1/2 as of today! Dang, this walking home from the bus station thing is helping more than I ever imagined it would! ^_^

I can't believe it, I'm below 160 again!

Another half a pound.... I don't know why my body's responding this way, I used to exercise like mad and not get anywhere.

Guess I'll make this my exercise journal...beats starting a whole new thread

What I did today:

Lunges
Squats
Some random aerobic things
Hip circles

Today's weight: 159.0 pounds

Congrats!! I also lost 4.5 pounds and we weight about the same. I am trying to get down to 130.
What are hip circles?

Hip circles are a belly dance move. I got a belly dance exercise book and, while I doubt I'll ever be coordinated enough to get dollar bills stuffed in my belt, the exercises are pretty easy to do on the go.
