Whats the best advice you ever received on NaturallyCurly.com website?

Thanks for the advice "EllyEllyOxenFree" gave I twisted my hair and it helped define my curls a lot.

Does this still mean I'm naturally curly even with the help of the twists?

I always do a tripple co-wash and put leave-in conditioner on but today I also twisted each curl section and let it air dry without touching or doing anything. After drying I separated the pieces and got these luscious locks and compliments on it.

This was the best advice I ever received especially now that my hair is longer than its ever been I see that it takes a very different routine for managing long curly hair.

LOL I just started learning about hair cause I usually wear a bald head.

Guys just like to wash and go but it's definitely a task to having curls.

Me too... I agree with just wanting to wash and go which is why I have to keep my routine within the time constraints of my normal routine.

I think because I'm new to having long hair again I'm taking too long or focusing on the wrong things.

My hair was almost twice as long before I went bald a few years back and I never even cared to do anything to make it be "good" hair.

Now that it's long again I'm wondering if Im doing too much lol.

It's quite possible. I can't see how anyone could spend so much time on their hair. You do have awesome hair though. I can't spend much time on my hair. I want it to look good and I do more now than I ever have, but I'm of the mindset that I'll just enjoy the curly ride no matter what my hair decides to do. LOL. The fact that I don't know how to do those things with my hair helps the time too. lol.

Very true that lack of knowledge can be a great thing and time saver.

But even when I went to barbershops they would fade the sides of my head and then verbally say how they dreaded doing my top part cause it took too much out of them. I used to get played so many times with barbers and making appointments because they would tell each other the mixed Asian hair kid was coming and nobody would be available to cut me even after I made appointments. Now that I do it myself I understand.

But it's this forum that is teaching me so much man. I am a horror for this knowledge right now.
