Does anyone know of or have a picture of someone with SHORT 3b hair?

I mean REALLY short, about 1-3 inches. I ask because I would like to compare to my hair when it's curly.

Hi MulattoCurls,

I posted on this subject recently and had a few replies but not as many as I maybe thought.

I have 3a, 3b mixture hair and have wondered how it would behave very short. More so recently, as I decided I wanted a change.

From what I gather, 3b will start to curl at about 1 to 2cm. Is your hair actually short? There must be pics on hair sites of short 3b. Short hair generally is becoming a big thing now.

I know I'm mostly 3c, but I believe I might have 3b curls on the sides. I'm not entirely sure at this point, but, if I don't, on the sides, they are pretty darn close. Here's a pic.

Janson that's exactly what my hair looks like when it is not slicked down with gel. I thought I was 3c but was told it is 3b in one of the 3c forums.

Well in that pic I posted my hair was still damp with gel. Here is a pic of my hair dry without the crunch. My hair looked like yours definitely in the back, on the sides my hair is a little looser.

Nice! I started growing my hair from a buzz cut around the beginning or middle of April. Can't remember which. My hair grows reaaaaally slow, though. I think. It's hard waiting for length when you're a naturally impatient person. Lol - we'll get to our desired lengths eventually. I'm only going for shoulder length though.

LOL. I am very impatient thus why I big chopped at midnight on 07/24 versus doing a transition like I planned. :-) I haven't been natural for as long as I can remember so I am really impatient to see what my hair is going to look like when it grows out. Yep we'll get there. :-)
