What hair products can I use on my hair?

I have type 3b curly hair and I need some new product ideas because what i've been using just haven't been giving me the results i want. i would like a products that's natural, and not too expensive. i want a product that makes my hair soft, shiny, and eliminates frizz all together (if there is a such thing out there!) well thanks!! plz plz plz reply!!
OKay, can i ask you a question?
When you wet your hair, does it look really pretty and it looks like wavy hair, that pretty wave that looks like Chili's from TLC, but when it dries, it gets really curly like Mya's hair or Jurnee Smollett? & you just can't stand it anymore? 'Cause my hair does that same thing?
yep i have that problem!! when my hair is wet or damp its really pretty and the curls r really nice & shiny but then when it dries it gets frizzy and poofy and ugh. i can't wear it down and i wish i could. like just plain down. so yeah i do have that problem.

If you really like the devacurl gel for smell or softness, you can still use either on top of the stronger hold gel (just use a little of each). Or, just put that gel on the bottom of your curls (that's what I do!)

Yeah. but I'm goona trry using either the Kinky Curl stuff or the Carol's daughter stuff.
I get kinda mad when Im at school and I see girl's with curly hair and its sooo prettty & they wear it down, but.... i can't cuz once the humidity hits my hair, thats the end for me /:
well, i have 3a curls. And I had the same problem as you, where it looked amazing when it was wet and when it was dry, it looked horrible. So me and my poor mother went to salons and every salon visit just ended up a disaster and i would cry the whole way home because i hated what the hair stylist had done. We bought every product under the sun and none seemed to work and i was sooo frustrated. So for my Christmas present, I asked my mom for a product that was guaranteed to work. So she went to ulta salon and got me the devacurl thing that you have. She got me the shampoo, conditioner, and some kind of styling thing, and i tried that, and it just left it frizzier than usual. So today, we went back to the salon and the lady said that I should try the sexy curly hair line. So this is exactly her instructions:
Shampoo and condition normally and then when you get out, put curly sexy hair curling creme in while your hair is till damp. Just run it through your hair with your fingers. Then scrunch your hair with your hands a little bit. For the top part of your hair spray the curly sexy hair spray foam on it, but just a little bit, because too much will weigh your hair down and make it look greasy. Ok, now listen, wait until your hair is 80% dry (let it air dry) and then, use a diffuser and scrunch the top part of your hair (and the bottom) with the diffuser. Do this with the diffuser until your hair is 100% dry. Then you can put any hair gel(if you want) on the bottom part of your hair. I used tea tree styling gel, and it worked good. And after that, you can spray a little hair spray on it. I used tresemme extra firm control and extra hold. So I just did all this tonight and I am sooo happy with the results and I cant tell you how relieved i am that something actually worked. It took months and months and months to get something that worked, but i finally did. If you have an ulta beauty store/salon near you, i highly recommend you go there so they can tell you exactly what you should do for your hair, but this is what they told me. I wish you alll my luck and I know what it is like to be in your position, but dont give up and keep trying new products. Im 14 yrs old by the way.
Good luck and God bless you!!!
