Kinky Curls. Beautiful or Out Of Control?

I guess you could say I'm going through my own mini transition, from extensions, since i was 5, until now, at 14, wearing my kinky coils and curls out, and being made fun of. I personally love my curls, just trying to deal with frizzyness /:

Does anybody else deal with people hating on their curls?
Any suggestions for a frizzy headed gal?

Oh, post pictures please (Y) maybe ill post some too.

Maybe.
ooh yes, i was bulllied really badly my whole life, your not alone, im 18 now, n just started loving my curls cause of the bullying, n its taken me so long to love my curls so i totally understand! my advice is too try to love your curls, n surround yourself with positive ppl, that are natural as well if you can n just hang in there

my hair: 3c, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I also blog about my hair journey, please feel free to read and comment/ask questions http://www.naturallycurly.com/blogs/...air-blogs/2494
I'm in high school, I'm almost 6 ft tall, and I have bright red 3C curly kinky hair! I stand out....A LOT. I was used to all kinds of bullying on how my hair is so poofy and wild, but I tried my hardest to ingore them. Now my hair is one of people's favorite things about me. I think it's because I love my hair and I show it off in it's full red and poofy glory. I try many different hair styles and mix it up to she how people react, and most of the time it's always positive now!

Then I seal my hair, ends especially!, with argan oil, but you just have to find an oil that's right for you and pure! You don't want the added silicones and crap they put in oil products. Try EVOO when experimenting to see how your hair reacts to oil. Then I put a light gel in my hair for frizz and definition. I'm 3C so I have to use a light gel for my fine hair but you can use heavier ones. Aloe vera gel and Flax seed gel are good ones! I like to rake the products through my hair with my fingers after I have detangled and apply all the products to my hair when it's soaking. Then for the most important part: let your hair air dry for at least 10-15 minutes before diffusing if you want to use a hairdrier! I put clips on my roots so the water doesn't weigh down my hair while air drying. I find that the air drying and gels are the most important, but as always, frizz will never completely go away, but this makes curls way more defined! Hope this will help!
Love my auburn 3b/3c curls!! Favorite products are Treseme Naturals conditioner and DevaCare ArcAngel(<---miracle for definition!) I really just want to GROW MY HAIR OUT!! It's not really working...
