Hmm your curls look like smaller curled 3C. I wouldn't say 4A because your curls aren't tight enough to be that and not loose enough for anything lower than 3C.
To be honest, 3C is like the "grey area" in hair typing. So it (to me) can have qualities of the 4s and the 3s.
Hopefully we can get others to chime in but I go with 3C.
You're hair is very pretty btw and I love the colour(:
