help with my "fluffy" hair
soo ive been natural my whole life...never had a perm and tried a "wash and go" only once very briefly. However I did wear my hair straight from about the age of 9 to 16 then i became more comfortable wearing my hair in its natural state without applying heat and also learned about the joys of box braids , Senegalese twists and the like. however one MAIN draw back for me has always been my un decisive hair type. I call it the fluff :/ my hair has no definite curl pattern that i can identify and is just extremely fluffy....im not sure if this is from my history of straightening it with a hot comb / flat iron only because my roots are wavy not coiled... for this reason no curl defining creme or gel EVER works...and unless i get my hair professionally pressed no matter the weather it fluffs right back up. HELPPP PLEASE ..il take any product suggestions or advice..im super frustrated and in need of some natural help..:/

My Hair! TWA...
All you girls have B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L hair! And I say that honestly.... ! Me? I don't even know my hair type (Wahh ) I believe I'm in the mostly in the 4s and a little magic of the 3s, the WHOLE front section is sooooo loose! When wet it even waves!! I believe I'm in the 3s in my front. It's my favorite part of my hair! The back is ALMOST like the front, the curls are a bit more tight, and even a few coils. The sides? Well...

My sides are ALLLLLLLLL coils. Coil, coil,COIL! I thought my hair was 4c on the sides but then i found that 4c's dont necessary have coils, and their hair feels like "cotton". My hair is bumpy, bumpy, bumpy. My side coils are some S's and some Z's. Thanks!

One is the last picture I have of my hair natural; that was in 6th grade. The second is when I got my hair colored & curled for my 16th bday this year, I'm now in 11th grade. I've always wanted to wear my hair natural, but it's too tangled & it's longer than it was in the first picture. I've been natural all my life, but I'd love to not have to go to the salon every 2 weeks to get it straightened. Help?
**In the first picture, conditioner had already been applied to my hair, so it's not as curly as it normally is.
