Default 1week old cut but need help

I just got my hair cut!! All(most) of the damaged ends the stylist said not to cut all of it off and see his it turns out, right now my hair looks like a little Afro which I sometimes dislike (I love to see my hair long) but I deal with. The reason why is because I have been using cg products daily I've been trying the shikai daily conditioner but it's rlly drying along w the shea butter frm organixs(somewhat drying) I don't know what to do with my hair it's dry on bottom somewhat curlier on the canopy part(I went swimming today) but after swimming I used conditioner.but it's sooo dry the bottom is almost straight and looks awful. I see everyone on here with gorgeous locks but mine seems to reject everything I put in it. My mom is black and my dad is white, my mom whenever I ask her gets annoyed and says I'm petty because I gets so easily frustrated w my hair. But I really just need help my dad has no idea but whatever my mom did to my hair he did too, he says it looks pretty but I don't c what they do, I just want healthy hair so I apologize for the long message but if any1 could help with conditioners, short hair styles Plz post

Organix isn't CG it has silicones and they might be weighing your hair down so you should wash your hair with a sulfate shampoo to remove the build up but watch out some shampoos have silicones and I suggest after that you buy TRESemme naturals conditioner for cowashing

i use the organix shampoo as a low poo, it has a water soluble cone in it. I'd read the back of the conditioner though. I think they do have cones. I'd also try the Tresemme naturals or the suave naturals instead.
