I don't know about anyone else, but after my 3b hair goes through gym class or a workout, all I see is dry, frizzy curls that have a mark from the elastic. Does anyone have any way that they they can avoid this? Or like some way to wear your hair, anything?nothing has worked for me, and now that I'm going into high school I have a sport daily and year round.

I had a friend with 3b hair who would use bobby pins to secure the hair in a bun rather than using a hair tie.
If you have access to water I would dampen your hair just a bit. Use a refreshing spray or add a light serum to try and combat the dryness.
Depending on how long your hair is, you could try only putting half of it back while you work out. This will keep it off your face but won't be as damaging.
