Ok, hellooo, my name's Sarah, I'm 14 and mixed with white and african. My hair type is 3b, I'm pretty certain about that.

My problem is, my hair looks really nice when I've just done it, I use a hairdryer with a diffuser to dry it as much as I can before school and dry the back, attempt to dry the ends as much as possible without making them frizzy but somehow...During the day, my hair goes from this

I have no idea what to do. I think I might need a haircut, you know, to shape my hair a bit but aside from that, I'm completely lost.

I cannot see the pictures, but if a big problem is the way it's drying as far as it getting frizzy, you can try to apply curl definers (usually while your hair is wet). Gel is a go-to for a lot of girls
& if you put a little oil on it, your hair will not be hard. I have 3c/4a hair & "snotty" products work well on my hair to define my curls. You might have to try many products to find what is BEST for you. Good luck! :-)

Try doing your hair routine at nighttime, throw your hair into a pineapple that way your hair could be dry in the morning and you can see what you are working with.
