Default Bullying? How to deal.

Hey everyone. I've been being bullied by this girl on twitter & instagram for a few months now. Mainly because my hair isn't as curly as her or my eyes aren't as nice as hers. I've tried ignoring it as best I can but its just driving me crazy. Anyone relate?

Is this a girl you know or just some random internet troll?

Can you block her?

I blocked her but she posted a picture comparing us two saying she looks better but thankfully deleted it quick. She just throws slurs at me but deletes it so she doesn't get reported and lose her instagram or twitter.

Block or report depending how significant the stalking is

How would you know she is posting and deleting stuff if you have her blocked?

do you know her?

Screen capture the screen when she does it. See if you can use that to help your case of getting her banned or something because that's not okay.

If you know her in real life, again screen capture and save it that way you have proof, that she's doing it.

I can still see their pages even if blocked and mutual friends told me they've seen it as well

Yeah I have some screenshots of what she's done and I emailed instagram but they don't reply back at all.

Definitely screen capture.

Is she a girl at your school or in your community?

If not, consider changing your account names?

I was compared to B Real in high school once. I cried on the walk to my car. Thankfully it was left at my desk and not put on the internet.

The older you get, the better it is.

No not near me thank God! But even if I try to make a new account or anything, she finds me. She follows most of my friends so if I'm tagged or comment anything of theirs, she sees.

Are these your real friends or just internet friends?

Do your friends know how much it bothers you? Are they truly friends with her that they need to keep her on their lists? If it was a true friend, I'd talk to them about it. Hopefully they would be willing to delete that person too. Its the internet, I would hold onto a real friend before I'd hold on to a friend of mine's bully.

Some are my real friends and others are people I know of through my boyfriend. My real friends reported her and blocked her today but I can't ask that of the people I hardly know because they said they'd rather not get involved in the problems.

I totally understand that. I'm just trying to get a lay of the land so that I can offer an idea.

I guess at this point, I'd keep to the people I know and love. If anyone that knows and loves you sees a nasty post of hers, either they can report it or let her know that she is classless.

But most loser people don't care that they are losers. You need to rise above it. She says those things about you because she is insecure and has a low self esteem. She wants to make herself feel better. Unfortunately, you must strike a cord with her (either because you are better looking than her in her eyes or you appear confident in a way that scares her... I'm guessing here, but it feels right to me) that she needs to make herself better at your expense.

But the smart people can see through it. So keep your head high and keep being you. Don't let her drag you down to her level.

So she is a cyber stalking saddo with no life, you are doing yourself no favours by checking her page, you are interacting with her and she feeds on your and your mutual friend's attention. There is no point in her posting up this stuff if nobody who cares sees it. Have all your real life friends block her, block everyone who is not your real life friend who is linked to her.

Ask people you don't know well either not to take photographs of you, or not to post them online or not to tag you. Don't give a reason and make it all about the drama, just ask. Remember that in a few years you could have college admissions tutors or employers checking out your social networking pages to see if you are a suitable candidate ... and so will your stalker.

A couple of months ago 17 year old Paris Brown lost an amazing opportunity as a UK police adviser due to her Twitter activities. Be funny if your stalker lost out now wouldn't it?

You don't need the people you only know though your boyfriend it's only social networking it didn't even exist a few years ago. I still managed to have an active social life without any social networking to the point I can't have it now because there are way too many incriminating photos and stories doing the rounds!!

If you receive threats or the stalking manages to bypass your friends blocking her report it to the police.
