what does the cg method exactly mean? i read it often but could somebody explain it to me?
thanks!
Here are some basics. No sulfates, because they're damaging for hair. No silicones, because they typically need sulfates to be removed. You can either use conditioner to cleanse, or a gentle sulfate free shampoo. Use a gel free of drying alcohol and scrunch it into wet hair to promote curl. No more using heat on the hair, though you can find gentle diffusing methods on the board. Within this method there are lots of ways to modify techniques or use different products depending on what works best for your hair type and properties.
