Has anyone come up with a hair care regiment that doesn't involve getting up at the crack of dawn to be to school? It's not like I do anything fancy, I just shower and gel, but I'm getting up at 5:30 AM every morning. It's going to be terrible in the winter when my choices are freeze or get up earlier.
Shoot for the moon and even if you miss you'll still be among the stars.
Yep, washing at night is a great way to go! You can either let your hair dry completely and put it in a pineapple, or leave it semi wet and just drape your hair above your head on your pillow so your curls don't get smooshed. Then, use a creme and/or a curl-enhancing spray in the morning to refresh your hair.
Do you diffuse or airdry?
3a/b, fine hair... with a mind of its own!
Your hair, it's everywhere. Screaming infidelities, taking its wear.
i take my shower at night because i don't have the time to take a shower in the morning at all.so when i wake up in the morning, i splash a lil'bit of water in my hair, add a big goop of gel through my hair, scrunch, then towel scrunch, and do a half-up.though its still always damp when i leave my house.it dries while i'm in school.ayyy my hair ia gonna freeze this winter!i would like to take a shower in the morning because it wakes me up but my i don't have the time to dry my hair.also i don't leave my house in the mornings with my hair down because it will dry like a triangle unless i clip my roots, lol and i'm not going to school with clips in my hair.does anyone here take a shower in the mornings and has a fast way of drying the hair, its ok if its a lil bit wet because i do like the wet look.does anybody got suggestions to modify my choice of product?
*Wash hair the evening before and give it a spritz in the morning
*dry your hair with a diffuser. That shouldn't be to bad I think.
*Plopping makes hair dry faster too.
*Or last but not least (that's what I do ) get up earlier!
Ah, you'll love mine. I take a shower (at night) then while my hair is still wet, I apply frizz control leave in conditioner then a curl shaping/defining gel with my hands. ThenI flip my head over to get it to not stay flat to the top of my head and go directly to bed while it's still wet. Then in morning I add a bit more conditioner and gel and...hope for the best (?) I know, such is the life of a girl with curly hair...
okay....prepare to be a little shocked. mine breaks the cardinal rule of curlosity, but it's giving me the greatest hair of my life. people are CONSTANTLY asking me if i use a curling iron.
after i rinse out my conditioner i flip my hair upside down and rake some product through it. then i LOOSELY wrap my hair in a towel turban for 3-4 minutes. no more or it gets too dry. then i take out the towel, keep my hair upside down, and scrunch in more product. cuts down on drying time by about 45 minutes, and it gives me really cute piecy waves/curls.
