i've been using blue magic coconut oil hair conditioner (which is actually grease) that i bought from walmart in very small quantities, and its been working pretty well, so you could try that. its very cheap for a pretty good sized tub of it, so its worth a try! i rub a small amount into my hair in the shower, then try to rub some excess out.
