I have really thick, curly, type 3b hair and it looks fabulous when it's wet, but as soon as it's dry you wouldn't even know that it's curly. The top layer of my hair gets really flat and dull but underneath that layer it still looks great. How can I get that top layer to look as good as it does underneath? I've got every kind of gel, mousse and conditioner and I still can't make it work.
