I get books from the library for free. I live in Bucks County, PA--and the library system has e-books. I also joined the Philadelphia Free Library, but haven't figured out how to use that one yet.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab. It came with Kindle, let me download Nook software and I downloaded an Adobe product called Overdrive Console for Android (could have done the Nook one) which lets me "borrow" the library books.

Yeah, a lot of libraries these days are letting you borrow! Which is awesome... Although, if you have a Kindle (like me), you can't borrow yet... Boo! I'm pretty sure almost all of the other eReaders support them, though.

I'm something of a free eBook hoarder. I stalk Amazon's "Top 100 Free" lists, and any time I see something new that seems even slightly interesting, I download it. Even if I get the feeling I'll never read it. Hey, you never know when you'll suddenly get the urge to read it!

Haha.. yeah I think I downloaded 50 books within a few days of getting my Nook. I don't know that I'll read or enjoy them all. But hey, I can just delete them if I don't want them.

I use this blog to find free/ bargain books to download. She also has tons of links to other sites that have lots of free books.... www.booksontheknob.com

Also, check out the mobile read forums on the net....they have an extensive library of free books that are public domain that have been converted to digital format by forum members. They have all formats...for all the major readers, pc, and Mac
