Thumbs up Goodreads

I am not sure if this has been mentioned. But this is a great site for book lovers. I love being able to keep track of what I've read and what I want to read. I also like that it gives recommendations.

I use the site. I haven't been on in forever because most of the books I read now are for school, not necessarily for pleasure.

I love this site. I use their recs to add to my Amazon wishlist and swapping lists. I like that some of the recs are less "wildly popular" titles that everyone is reading, but still really great reads.
Res likes this.

I agree, I like that about their recs.

Also, their giveaways are a cool feature! Even though I have not won any. My friend has won 5! What the heck?!

I haven't won any of the giveaways either, so we are in good company on that.

I didn't know they had a giveaways feature. I usually use it from my tablet or ph. I find it excellent for keeping track f what I've read & esp. what I would like to read. Also like reading the reviews after I've finished a book to see what other people got out of it. Not sure of the recommended reads algorithm - tends to just find other books by the authors of books you've reviewed already. Apart from that it's deadly all round
