Default Pop-up locks NC website?

I hope I can explain this correctly. For the last couple days, when I enter naturally curly in my search bar all of the options come up for your website. When I try to click on the curl talk link I get a full page pop-up saying the website is temporarily locked until I fill out the full survey. The curl talk link takes me to TINYURL4.INFO

Of course, I close that, search again and I'm able to click on the curl talk link without a problem. It seems to happen every other time.

ETA: It only happens when with naturallycurly.com (Curl Talk). I haven't had the pop-up for any other sites I've been on.

I thought maybe it was something on my home computer yesterday. But I signed on from work today and I'm getting the same thing.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm also getting an Anti-Malware warning: "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website"

Again, this is only happening when I'm on nc.com. I get this message each time I click on a new thread.

I should have searched the site before uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox! I wasn't having the problem in Internet Explorer, so...

Good to know about IE. Every little detail helps us figure out what's going on.
