Can't Get to Edit Password Screen

I'm properly logged in, go to User CP just fine yet every time I try to change my password, it jumps straight to the website's front page.

What's up??

I got a notification from Facebook this morning that someone had tried to log in from a strange computer, and come to find out, it was someone in Ankara, Turkey. It was recommended that I change that password anywhere else it was used, which includes here, so I'd really like to get this done . . . .

Try this:

See your name in blue in the upper left-hand corner of the site? Click on your name, and you should get a drop-down menu. Click on "Edit my account" and see if you can change your password there.

No name in upper left - just the sign-in area. Clicked on it, but it's strictly for signing in - no drop-down menu options.

However, I re-tried in User CP the same way I was doing it Thursday, and it went right to it. I got it changed, though it was still acting a little wonky - even though I was entering a 12-character PW with mixed types of characters, it told me it was too short. I played around with it, and the red "too short" message never went away no matter how long I made it. I finally just set it to the one I initally tried, submitted it, and it worked.
