I get migraines too. They are annoying, aren't they? I don't know what your triggers are, but I know that having a headband in my hair will give me a nasty one. The icequeen method is when you put in your co-wash and condish upside down, and rinse with cool water. Or at least, that is what i've come to understand it to be and what I've been doing!

Style- Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Gel, Honey (sometimes)
Deep Conditioner-Burts Bees
Methods- Icequeen, Plopping (overnight & straight after shower)

Trying to grow out hair for Locks of Love!

My understanding is you bend over and dip you head into a large bucket of very cold water to rinse your hair to improve clumping...
