Would this be a harsh shampoo?

The ingredients:
water, sodium coco-sulfate, lauramidopropyl betaine, glycerin, sodium cocoyl isethionate, fragrance, sea salt, sodium citrate, aloe barbadensis gel, tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, benzophenone-4, dehydroacetic acid, citric acid, blue #1, violet #2

It seems like it's mostly a few of the gentler cleansers, with various mild conditioners and fairly body-friendly preservatives. The sea salt could be drying, but it's listed after fragrance, so how much could there be really? Does anyone see any other problems?
The sodium coco-sulfate concerns me. It's not a sulfate I'm familiar with, but it still sounds like a sulfate, and it's the first ingredient. And, yes, many wouldn't like the sea salt.

Sea salt dries your hair? I use it alllll the time on mine [that + water in spray bottle = curls aha] and haven't ever noticed that. Weird ..
A lot of curlies seem to think so. I haven't had that problem, but I rotate products a lot and don't use it all the time.

i think it just depends on how often your going to be using it. sea salt is drying, but only when there's a good amount of it. im a modified cg and i usually shampoo with a sulfate shampoo once a week, my hair is on the wavier side and so not as dry.

Sodium Coco Sulfate is just a slightly less purified version of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. They're both derived from coconuts, and go through an all but identical refining process. Which means SCS is likely just going to foam a bit less than SLS, might not clean quite as well, and the quality will vary more between batches.
