Trying the CG method again after about 10 some years, and absolutely loving it.


Love it when someone says to me. You are doing something different to your hair, or your hair looks great, or your hair seems to be getting curlier and curlier (YAY!) Haven't had these compliments in forever.

My hair used to have so much more volume and curl to it, and the CG method has worked wonders on giving them back!

Low sulphate shampoo once a week:
Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo

Rinse Out Conditioner - used only when needed - Elucence Moisture Benefits, & KCKT

Leave-in - used only when needed - KCKT

Co-wash- Elucence Moisture Benefits Conditioner (about 1-2 a week).

Stylers: KCKT, Eco-Styler Gel, AG:Recoil, FSG.

Styling: Raking and smoothing product throughout hair and then the Super Soaker Method without the Denman.
