Default Growing hair

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone had tips on encouraging curls to grow. I'm a 3 a. I recently got my hair trimmed to help with the growth, but I was wondering if there is anything else I could do to help it along. Currently I have gotten my hair to touching my shoulders and would like it to grow another 3 inches. Any help is appreciated =)

I have been taking a vitamin from GNC called Nourish Hair, and I have seen a big difference in the growth of my hair. I also have been doing coconut oil treatments once a week.

Low sulphate shampoo once a week:
Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo

Rinse Out Conditioner - used only when needed - Elucence Moisture Benefits, & KCKT

Leave-in - used only when needed - KCKT

Co-wash- Elucence Moisture Benefits Conditioner (about 1-2 a week).

Stylers: KCKT, Eco-Styler Gel, AG:Recoil, FSG.

Styling: Raking and smoothing product throughout hair and then the Super Soaker Method without the Denman.

I tryed the Ultra Vits and they did work. But stopped and have found cheaper alternatives. One is i sometimes do a scalp massage at nite to get blood flow going and helps my hair grow. Doing DTs helps. But lately i have no idea what it is but my hairs being growing pretty fast, usually grows fast in the summer and slows in the winter.

I am also trying to grow out my hair, I have been struggling with it for a while.

Where can I get the vitamins, I searched online for Nourishhair but the only thing that came up available for purchase online was the men's multivitamin. Is that what either of you used?

pearl89- You can find NourishHair for Women at GNC.
It was interesting, because I could only find the mens at GNC too. But here is a link:
