It can be removed with a lowpoo, but it depends on which surfactant is in your lowpoo.

Yes, I've found my low poo - Avalon Organics Olive and Grapeseed - to work well in removing Cyclomethicone. I've been curious to try the Curls Rock Curl Amplifier since it only has Cyclomethicone. I found a great BOGO deal on the Amplifier so I tried it out and had no problems with build-up or removal of this cone when I lowpoo'ed it out. HTH!
