Came across a gel from Afroveda's website and the main ingredients were Aloe & Coconut Oil. So I was interested in finding out if anyone has tried this. My hair loves the FOTE, and I love coconut oil. Just wondering....

I might just need to try it out myself. I was also wondering about the FOTE with a little bit of Agave Nectar. I am really, really curious. Hair loves Fote, hair loves Agave Nectar and coconut oil. Makes sense...that it would work. Thanks for the response!

I do all the time. In fact those are the two main ingredients in the lotion I make and use under my gel. It's very good for the hair, it seals the moisture and gives a nice shine to my hair.

generosityt- Do you use FOTE AVG? I have Fote, Coconut oil, and Agave Nectar. I also have a lot of different EO's. I don't have the glycerin. Is this really important? My hair also loves Aloe vera gel. I am on 2nd day hair and have just used FOTE to re-touch for frizzies and flyaways, and my hair seems to get more and more curly than the first day I washed it. Love it. Could you explain to me how you mix it? I would love to know...
