Default Sodium Coco Sulfate?

I'm assuming this is bad.....but it's in a "natural" product that claims to be 70% natural w/ no parabens or sodium laurel/ laureth sulfate......but it has the coco sulfate in it....

So I used this poo this morning...and i knew it felt strange on my hair which is why I even read the back again, cause the first time i read the back, i noticed more how they claimed to have no sodium laurel sulfate so I assumed it was all good. If this IS bad, what should I do to help repair my hair?

2b/3A/ Fine/Med Porosity (i think)

It's a milder surfactant. If your hair doesn't feel dry or weird after your hair dried and styled, then it's probably okay. I'd consider that shampoo a low-poo, rather than a no-poo.
That's right, I said it! I wear scrunchies!!

I am a sulfate washing, cone slabbing, curly lovin' s.o.b. The CG police haven't caught me yet.
