I am trying to tell if my sister has medium texture or fine hair.. Im stuck.
Any tips? She says she thinks its fine but only because she said she doesn't have as much hair as she used to before she started relaxing and straightening it.
I never thought of her hair as fine at all..so I'm lost.

Fine hair strands are very difficult to see to the eye. Hair is very soft, lightweight.

Can't seem to keep my hair moisturized

Avoid glycerin and protein!
